Day 9 ...I missed today. 30 min Zumba class, Pure Barre for 45min, and Lean Body aerobics for 50 minutes. Then came home and had to clear our entire family room to get ready for painters coming tomorrow ... ugh! Hmm let's see if I can catch up tomorrow and do 200 swings ...1

Day 9 done! 15lbs , alternating swings plus Skogg Flow Level 2 Kettlebell workout. Got my sweat on. Yes! 😊☺1
