My sister shared this on Facebook and I was like oh man, here we go, so I watched the video to see what was up and was surprised into a good laugh with basic info a lot of newcomers can use. This is NSFW - lots of swearing in the good British tradition and some minor funny vulgarity - consider yourself warned. But anyway, "How to tone fat:"

I wished he'd pointed out more explicitly that he still has "bingo wings" he can shake, that flap around, even with minimal body fat on his arms, because relaxed triceps muscles flap around. He showed the flapping, but didn't underscore that.

I have a fruitless recurring campaign going on here to encourage women to stop hating on the part of their upper arms that is relaxed muscle, not fat or loose skin at all.

Buff dude has flappy arms, ferpitysake!

    Thanks for sharing this: Fun!

Not fruitless! I never knew about the relaxed tricep muscle until stumbling on one of your posts, I did the test you suggest and yeah while a tiny bit is still fat most of the flappy stuff is tricep muscle, made me feel better :)

Oh, Yay! Replying just to magnify the "hug".

I hope you'll chime in the next time this comes up on a thread: I assumed buff guys had this, but wasn't bold enough to post that assertion without 100% certainty. I'm tempted to post the video and comment on the buff dude's "bingo wings" in such cases, but am a little shy of posting the very, um, frank?, video on a general thread . . . hilarious and appropriate though I find it. :)
