Female Upper Arms

Hi, just wanted to see other opinions please, I have always hated my upper arms the last 8 weeks I have been following Sydney Cummings on you tube, I have been doing her dumbbell workouts at least once a day, they are fab amazing and I've certainly gotten stronger, yet why am I feeling so bulky when looking in mirror this morning, I feel bigger and broader and I am not liking it one bit. I didn't take measurements before 8 weeks so have no idea what's going on. Am I doing something wrong I was hoping to trim my arms down.

    Probably holding a little water in the muscles for muscle repair. You won't have added massive muscle mass in 8 weeks, as a woman, I'd expect.

    Yeah, I shoulda said that, too, because it's true: You look nice, and normal, not bulky or broad.

    Sometimes our self-perception is not our most helpful ally.
