Anyone know how many calories they have

    If the question is wanting to know how much exactly, the data geek's answer is weigh the cob(s) of corn on food scale before eating; weigh empty cob after eating; subtract; log the difference as sweet corn. ;)

    If you have no need to be that precise, the estimating method suggested first should be OK. :)

    I always weigh first and then subtract just the cob weight when I'm done :)
