As of now, I am skinny fat. I'm 112lbs at about 20% body fat and 5"2. I still have areas where I store lots of fat, and just being on a deficet and doing cardio is not working for me. I would like to build muscle and reduce my body fat, but feel overwhelmed when it comes to a strength training routine. I definitely do not have the money for a gym membership or any fancy weight set at the time. Does anyone know of a good, not overly complicated, home body weight strength training routine or program? Thanks in advance.

There are bodyweight programs discussed in this thread, despite the title:

And the body pictured is not "skinny fat". It is "normal and healthy". Your arms look firm, not flabby yet skeletal. Your thighs are nicely shaped, with a nice rise to your quads. You may prefer a more muscular look, but you're definitely not skinny fat. 20% body fat is a healthy level for a woman.

I agree with Anne. But if you are looking to increase muscle mass and strength with body weight exercises, You Are Your Own Gym is a good free program. Zuska Light has some really good free and paid content as well. I was about your same stats when starting on here (hair shorter). If you are on your desktop you can see how my composition has changed with increased muscle mass in my profile pics. I do however combine bodyweight with weights.
