How should I start working out with weights?
-What body parts should I do together, separately and how often as a beginner
-I’m at the gym minimum 5 days a week and I would like to really incorporate strength training but don’t know where to start
I’m look for a schedule like 3 days a week strength training with day 1 doing Arms & Chest day 2 Back, etc.
Can you refer me to a website, YouTube anything that can tell me: Start like this
Thank you & let’s be friends 🤗

Would suggest a beginner oriented weight lifting program that has you training full body (not body part splits) three times a week and light to moderate cardio of your choice on the other two (or three) gym days.
You may well need two rest/recovery days when starting out.
Have a look at this thread for suggestions.....

Do you have the option of working with a personal trainer? Even if it is just to get started on a routine. If not, this is a great book, highly recommend. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1583333398?ie=UTF8&tag=louschulercom-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=15833333980

Take a look at the beginner programs listed at this link, pick one that appeals to you the most. if you are unsure of some exercises either talk to a trainer or check out youtube.1
