Hi! If you exercise, do you add it in or just "use" what Fitbit is automatically adding?

Personally I only use my Fitbit to track exercise so I go by what it says. I do eat back less calories than it says as I think it overestimated calories from walking1

I just add in the exercises I do. I have a Garmin, but don't want my steps counted, just deliberate exercise, so I don't have it synced to MFP. I eat back all my exercise calories.1
