I think you're too busy. if you're doing cardio, stop; you're already running around after your kid and doing housework. Just focus on weights for a while. Also, have your husband help out more in order to give you a break.

IF suddenly you are feeling tired and nothing you are doing has changed, rather than put a band aid on it you need to figure out the reason. Are you having allergies? Do you have a medical issue that needs attention?

I would go to the doctor.
