Starting to Plateau 😡

I just recently lost 26 pounds and now I am starting to plateau. Anybody got any good tips?

How long did it take you to lose 26 lbs? And how long has it been that you've stopped losing weight entirely?

Maybe change up the intensity of your workout? That’s how I broke mine, but it took awhile

It's difficult to give good tips when we're not sure what you're doing lol.

If you're lifting weights then I suggest increasing your volume, maybe change up your program entirely. Good luck. Hope it helps
