I have 5 weeks until the beach.
July 1 weight: 144 lbs. / 5'1' / 49 (for those that are interested in these numbers)
Goals: Drink lots of water and stay within my calories. Weight train 3-4 a week no matter what!!

Goal results: NO LOSS!! Pooh! At least it wasn't again, right?

Goal results: Lost 800g Exercise went well this week but went off diet last Tuesday.

Goals: Stick to my eating plan of DASH diet, tracking all my food intake, drinking my water and getting exercise every day. My goal is to take off a pound this week.
July 8 weight: 211.2
Goal results: I took off my pound! Exactly. I was more aware of when I was going to eat out of stress, I ate mindfully all week, I did my DASH diet. I allowed some treats. Little by little I am taking it off.
New goals: Work on another pound by next week.

I'm happy with this! I wasn't logging on vacation, in part because I didn't always have cell service and also because it.s difficult to estimate when you're eating out so much. I'm glad I didn't move back up.
