Two sites that I like to use are skinnytaste.com and budgetbytes.com. Both ladies make pretty healthy meals that are usually easy. Last night I made these Philly cheesesteak stuffed portabello mushroom caps (https://www.skinnytaste.com/philly-cheesesteak-stuffed-portobello-mushrooms/) which my husband loves. To save time, I use sliced roast beef from the deli and chop it into little pieces and add it into the pepper and onion mix at the end.
