Hey everyone I’m looking for good quick healthy meal recipes, we are farmers and will get getting busy soon ( hopefully ) so I’m looking for quick and easy things I can send with my husband and myself

This is one of my favorites... I do it with Quinoa Gourmand. Extremely fast and tasty.

Two sites that I like to use are skinnytaste.com and budgetbytes.com. Both ladies make pretty healthy meals that are usually easy. Last night I made these Philly cheesesteak stuffed portabello mushroom caps (https://www.skinnytaste.com/philly-cheesesteak-stuffed-portobello-mushrooms/) which my husband loves. To save time, I use sliced roast beef from the deli and chop it into little pieces and add it into the pepper and onion mix at the end.
