Hi my name is Diane and I have a goal to lose 40 lbs by our Breckinridge trip next year. So I have 350 days and will take it one day at a time. I will not beat myself up if I slip I will just get back on track. Speaking of tack, tracking my food has always been a key for me to lose weight so I will also be doing that. I have a short way to go and a long time to get there so I could go farther!
