A couple of weeks ago I wasnt well due to migraine and I ate something along the lines of 500 cals for the day, I got 'told off' when I tried to complete my entries for the day, it told me I had eaten too little. How come OP is not getting this warning up when they complete their entries?0

If she is completing her diary on those days she is getting that same message.
And not listening to it. I see4 -

I never complete my entries because the only thing you get from it is this inaccurate prediction of what you will weigh in 5 weeks time and a post on your newsfeed. I don't care about either so don't see the point.3 -
I never complete my diary any more either ( I don't eat 500 calories per day either - unless I am sick or something) so easy enough to not do that and miss the message.
Or do it and ignore the message.1 -
The bigger issue here is your disordered eating patterns, not one day at 1400.5

Your posts worry me. I seriously doubt you are "huge fat and ugly" at 56kg. Why is your goal to have no muscle?! As a woman, it is so important to have some muscle as you age to stave of osteoporosis, among other things.7

Oh for some reason I thought you had to complete the entry for it to calculate your weekly report of calories? Perhaps not then?0 -
no, definitely not.
I never close my diary and I can still see at end of week how many calories I was over or under for the week0 -

Its cuz for some reason, at 56 kg, i still look huge and ugly and fat:( I really cant stand it anymore, my goal is to be very skinny and no muscles. Kinda body like Rose from Blackpink. (shes 46 kg and 168 cm)
Is it bad that ive been eating around 1000-1200 calories for a year? I didnt know it was bad:o People have recommended me to set my goal to losing half a pound a week, but im scared, cuz if i eat over 1200 calories I gain weight:(( And im used to eating around 1100 calories now.
May I ask, If I do set my goal to half a pound a week, how long will it take to lose 10 kgs? And what do I do if I gain weight from increasing calories a bit?
Again, thanks for replies:)<33 @aes1219 @Lillymoo01 @lynn_glenmont
I think it's time for you to have a checkup with your regular doctor or GYN. Ask them if they agree that you look "huge and ugly and fat" at 56 kg (123 pounds) and if being 46 kg (101 pounds) is a healthy goal for you. If they do not agree, ask for a referral to someone who can help you with your body image.8 -

I have no idea who Rose from Blackpink is - but I did google and see she is a pop star and she is Korean.
Asian people tend to have healthier bodies at lower end of BMI scale than non Asian people - so keep that in mind if you are not Asian.
168 cm and 46 kg is a BMI of 16.3
Highly unlikely this is a healthy weight for you, (probably not for her either) even at 158cm it gives a BMI of 18.4
Repeating what I said before - you do need to reevaluate your goals - and I think you should see a professional for help in doing this.
Even more since reading this later post of yours.
And building on this... looking like a Kpop star is *not* a healthy inspirational goal. Most of them are underweight, and it's *especially* a bad idea for a goal if you don't naturally have that build.
For reference, the only place I've seen Kpop discussed as the ideal is in pro-ana groups. So... yeah. Not exactly what/who we want to emulate.7 -
Everything about your posts in this thread screams eating disorder. Eating very little, feeling as if you've gained significant weight in a single day, setting your weight goal so low. Feeling huge and ugly at what is probably a very healthy weight. (123 pounds.) And Rose Pink is very big in the pro ana/mia community for thinspo.
You're not asking us what to do to lose weight. You're asking us what to do to keep you in your addiction of your eating disorder.
We can't tell you what to do to make this go away. But if you don't get help, you're never going to feel thin, but even worse, you'll never be healthy.6
