I would like to join.
I can start July 5th
Do I have to do both the kettle bell swings and the push up challenge or can I just pick one?
I'd like to start with just the kettle bell swings.1 -

I didn’t create the challenge so please understand these are just my thoughts but I think in the spirit of us all trying to make improvements a lil adjusting would be ok, I think primary goal is to push yourself to stay active.1 -

Day 2 done! I hope everyone in this challenge doesn’t mind, but since I am mixing this with another challenge I will be taking every other day rests so it will certainly take me longer to complete. I will continue to update!2
