    you are so cute, dont worry about 1 night. Get back on track and do your logging. You are so honest. Emotional eating really gets me sometimes but I am doing better with it. I journal alot and tell myself I dont want to wake up and feel sad and guilty when I get on those scales in the morning! seems to work

    Sorry that meal made you feel that way. It sucks when you start a nice cheat meal thinking it’s a celebration and in the end you just feel guilty. Just count it as a reward. It’s not your new normal. You shouldn’t feel guilty. You sound very aware of your actions and how important it is to be consistent. Don’t worry, you’ll make it.
