Week 3 down of keto and another 1.6 lbs gone

Week 3 down and I'm at 269.2. I'm surprised I lost anything this week. I've had to modify my workouts due to lack of carbs, at least until my body gets used to it.
I've also had a few NSVs thus week. I have lost a pant size and some inches in my face. Still i feel more energized and that this is a great decision for my life.

so I made the mistake of weighing myself as I woke up. No bathroom or anything.
Weighed myself and I'm at 267.4
