I suppose, food that you like, that fits your calorie allowance and nutrition goals is too loose of a plan?
You don't need a specific weekly plan, just try and include more fruits, vegetables and lean proteins in what you would normally eat and be mindful of your portion sizes.
For example if you like Steak and Chips, rather than frying the Steak in oil (adding unnecessary extra calories) grill it or use 1 cal spray to lightly grease the pan if frying, rather than having half a plate of deep fried chips, have quarter of a plate of oven baked chips and some veg or salad with it.
Don't over-complicate weight loss, you need to eat in a way you can manage for the rest of your life, not just while you're losing weight.10 -
Consistently eat the number of calories MFP gives you. Use a food scale for ALL of your food. You can eat literally anything you want as long as you do those two things.3

We have no idea of what you like, what you are able and willing to make, what you dislike, what's available in your area, etc. We don't know what your goals are or anything about you. YOU are the best person to use Google to come up with something sustainable for YOU.
I could spend hours making you a weekly plan that contains foods you hate, or don't have access to, or don't feel like making. It would be a huge waste of my time and yours if you don't use it.
Google is your friend.

If you Google 1200 calorie menus a bunch pop up from Good Housekeeping, Red Book, etc. Some are really good with variety.4

First of all the OP is male. The majority of women don't need to go as low as 1200 calories to lose weight.
Men shouldn't eat less than 1500. Even then (1200 for women or 1500 for men) is only appropriate when you are very short along with a combination of inactive or elderly.

We don't know anything about your food likes/dislikes.
I eat the foods I love, try 2 new foods per week, stay in a calorie deficit and lose weight.
Do you like to cook?1 -

How do you know the poster is a male? There’s no picture? And it would still be a good starting point to get ideas.
I find it so annoying when posters decide to pick apart other’s helpful hints, especially when they don’t post any help of their own.11 -

If OP takes it to heart, tries to go on a too restrictive calorie diet, gives up and binges and puts 'em back where they were to start, it's not necessarily helpful.5 -

Another critic that can only pick apart a post instead of providing their own assistance. 🙄 annoying12 -

In an effort to get your thread back on track...
The best idea is really to eat the foods you like in reasonable quantities and learn from your log as you go. There are no specific foods you need to eat or can't eat universally - something that fills you up and doesn't cause cravings might be a trainwreck for me
If you feel like you can't fit the foods you like into your plan at all, it's possible you are trying to lose too quickly and eating too few calories. Unfortunately, there are plenty of folks here and in the weight loss industry who are happy to urge you to under-eat and lose fast, to eat diet foods and take supplements, because that keeps you on the hamster wheel always looking for a new plan. Figuring out the right way for YOU personally to eat that you enjoy, that promotes good health, and that keeps you at the right calorie level for the rest of your life will not just help you lose weight, it will help you maintain a healthy weight effortlessly.6 -
I'm a plain Jane, so I'll eat the same few things over and over. I usually do an omelet in the morning, once of almonds and a banana in the mid morning, 4 oz chicken breast- a lil brown rice- some veggies for lunch, and then the same OR two 4 oz chicken patties for dinner. Helped me drop weight and I'm not ravenously hungry at meals now. Hope this helps!0

Of course you can click on 1200 calorie diets for ideas. I am a meat eater from land locked Oklahoma. My dad raised cattle. My brother raised cattle. My ex-husband raised cattle. I can cook you some finger-licking good beef. But I couldn’t cook vegetables. I liked them when someone else cooked them. So I googled and googled. By far the best vegetable recipes I have found are on vegan and vegetarian websites. But I will always have meat for 4 meals a day, and often for snacks.
I agree you have to find your own way. Google. Library.
Give us some ideas what you find easy, what you find harder, what you like, and we can possibly help more.
