Weight Loss Accountability

Hi MFP fam,

I need some new friends that will motivate, encourage, comment, and help me get back on track.

Background on me:
I’m 4 weeks postpartum with my 3rd and last child. Previous CrossFit and Bikram yoga junkie. Starting again at 215 which is the most I have weighed in at least a decade. Pre-pregnancy I was 170 and more muscle than fat. Currently starting with walks and building up to lifting again hopefully! Looking to do OCRs like Spartan and Tough Mudder again.
