So I work as a CNA in long term care. Its busy, fairly laborous work so it obviously counts as exercise but theres no way to track exactly what I do.
My solution?
I track it as "cleaning, light to moderate effort"(or vigorous effort depending on the shift) for my shift time minus my break and the time I sit down to feed residents for meals since alot of the movements are similar.
Anyone else do something like this?

I do. My job requires lifting and carrying boxes weighing up to 45lbs anywhere from 2 to 6 hours at a stretch. I log it as moving household items.1
