Hi I am new to the group.... I do 20:4 IF & Keto and Cardio at the gym . I lost fat really fast doing that. I am not doing Weights right now but will start back...I Don’t worry about getting on the scale because inches before weightloss. I keep my carbs under 25g and drink loads of water and not to many fatbombs.
