Looking for assistance
I’ve tried so many things I’m not sure even what to follow anymore. If you do keto so many have success others say it’s bad for you
If you do low sodium it works but very limited
Just looking for something that works that i can be part of a group for accountability.... any suggestions..? I am 54 and about a 100 to lose. And just getting back into fitness as well. Thanks in advance ♥️

Set your Goals on this site. Log your food accurately. Eat the foods you like in the portions that fit into your Goal.
Easy peasy.
Pay attention to how you feel after you eat. Do you feel satisfied? Are you able to wait until your next meal before you eat again? If not, maybe spend some time learning about nutrition. I feel best when I try to hit those macros in my food diary (protein/fat/carbs.)
