Starting a new adventure

Well I have done slimming world for years and years, where I have lost 7 stones and then put most of it back on after coming off the plan when I reached target.

I am now fed up and want to lose around 7 stones. After taking some advice from variety of people, they recommended using Fitness Pal app, which works all your calories etc... for you, so I am calorie counting and fasting as wel, so I’ve decided to fast between 8pm - 8am (12 hours). Day 1 and it’s going well, better than I thought, however it’s getting my head around meal prepping and ideas to save on calories.

Any tips, ideas of suggestions would be grateful.
