Hey everyone. This must be the 30th time I've tried to get my health in order.

I'm 25 years old, 5 foot 3 inches, and currently weigh 172 lbs. I'm classified as moderately obese. To reach my goal of 120 lbs I need to lose a total of 52 lbs.

I am currently following a balanced diet (nothing off limits, no processed junk, no soda or added sugars) and a intermittent fasting regimen. I'm starting out slow but want to work up to 20:4 which was what I was doing a year ago with amazing results. I plan to walk everyday (minimum 2 miles) and do strength training 3 times a week.

I would love some friends to help keep me accountable and to help them achieve their goals.
