Hey there,
so started my first week on my first diet ever. This tracking food is a nightmare and by day 6 I was already nearly giving up. So looking to build up a nice group of people to follow, support and motive as we all go through this struggle of loosing weight, maintaining weight and inspiring to get our assess off the couch and get moving!

Also as snickerscharlie said, what is creating your nightmare? If you share a bit more info, our members can offer suggestions to help make it easier.1 -
To be honest, the first couple of weeks of tracking *are* a pita.
But once you get all of your frequently used foods and meals entered, it then becomes much easier, since you can just select them from your Food tab each time you eat them again.1
