Hey guys! I'm a 28 year old female, finding it hard to lose weight.. I'm currently 69.2kg. I was eating clean, tracking all my food, not snacking, was going gym and didn't see much results in 6 months (was previously 71kg). I ended up getting annoyed and have reverted back to eat absolutely anything I want, went I want. I'm unhappy with my body, mainly my stomach and my face. Would appreciate any tips to get me back on track, keep me motivated and anything that helps shift stomach and face weight. Thank you in advance!
