Hello! New on MFP Excited to start my post children weight loss journey. Since having my second child, age 2, my weight has increased ever so slowly, even with exercise. I’ve encountered hormonal changes and insomnia, and less motivation. Even though I’ve been exercising, I’ve been gaining weight steadily, with yoyo dieting. It’s time to hit the go button and get back in shape! I’m hoping to lose 10-15lbs to get back in shape. Looking for friends to help motivate each other! .

I'm new as well. I would like to encourage you to make this happen. I am going to drop 30lbs in the next 4 months. At least that's my goal. Still trying to figure out this app.0

Welcome. There are lots of great resources to help you on your way. Check out the stickies (most helpful posts) at the top of the forum boards. Great, to-the-point info to help you cut through the BS and avoid many of the pitfalls people make when they first start out. Helped me a lot when I first logged on to MFP.
