Hello! New on MFP :) Excited to start my post children weight loss journey. Since having my second child, age 2, my weight has increased ever so slowly, even with exercise. I’ve encountered hormonal changes and insomnia, and less motivation. Even though I’ve been exercising, I’ve been gaining weight steadily, with yoyo dieting. It’s time to hit the go button and get back in shape! I’m hoping to lose 10-15lbs to get back in shape. Looking for friends to help motivate each other! :).
