Hi
I’m new to this app.. today is my first day I am
Continually starting over again. I’m tired starting again and I want to be healthy again ..anyone else in same boat

Yes! My advice is that you start with a change that is easy, then build on. I have done the same thing as you but this time I lowered my exercise standard to “it has to feel good, always”. To this I changed what I eat. Love steak so kept that and instead of pasta or rice I added salad of all kinds. Removed suger totaly, and no small eating in the sofa, instead go out walking or study your restless if you have that. Lost 22poumds in two months by just changing food. Now when I see results it’s easier to do more exercises as I get inspired by my mirror image. And I’m not a sexy dude with a 6pack.1
