Hey guys! I’m looking to be more involved in the community in hopes it’ll give me more ambition to reach my goals!
I’m 6 months postpartum and finally getting serious to get this baby weight off! I’ve recently gone bread and dairy free and feel amazing. Can anyone give meal tips that aren’t so carby? And beginner tips for working out!
