Why no weight loss?

My name is Martha and doing Keto at 35/65/90 macro nutrients and my calories are seriously reduced sometimes below 1,000 calories. I walk and swim 3-4x a week and am active thru day. I have not lost a pound!!!Whats up?

    What is your weight? BMI? How much fat si there? is there something to even lose?

    You are probably eating more than you think. If you give more information you will get more advice. Perhaps just use one thread to ask your questions. :)

    Nope, not eating enough does not prevent weight loss in fact quite the opposite.

    If OP is not losing weight they are probably eating MORE than they think.

    Remember female physiology, you will actually retain the weight for a time, before you will lose it. If you have drastically reduced your intake you body will react by going into “starvation mode” and will retain extra pounds, until it adjusts. Stick with it it can take a couple of months.
