What is your weight? BMI? How much fat si there? is there something to even lose?, its probably 35 carb, 65 fats, 90 proteins
or other way2 -
When you eat more protein than your body needs, some of its amino acids will be turned into glucose via a process called gluconeogenesis (2).23

try accurately logging food with the site. ups sorry multi post.

You need to check your typing there because if that is your macros they add up to an excess of 100 percent. I am assuming your calories are 1220 or thereabouts.
Are you using a food scale?

Are you picking the correct MFP entries from the DB when logging?

Are you perhaps in a weight fluctuation that is masking your loss?

While a lot of people lose water weight regardless of their calorie deficit when starting keto you may have already had fairly low glycogen stores before beginning.5 -
How many calories are you eating per day? As to lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit. Keto is not a magic bullet for weightloss it is just a way of eating that some people find satiating and helps to keep them within their calorie goal.
What is your height, weight and goal weight. Is your diary open maybe we can help with advice if you can give us a bit more information.5 -

This is irrelevant to weight loss.13 -
Are you using a food scale and verifying the entries you're choosing in the database?
How much total weight are you trying to lose?
These threads are always a good place to start, regardless of what diet you're following:

I can't wait for this Keto trend to end. It's even more annoying than the Atkins trend of the late 90's. My whole office went on Atkins, lost 30-40 pounds per person, then every person gained every pound back as soon as they went off Atkins, and the same thing will happen with Keto. Keto does not teach sustainable eating habits and macros are irrelevant to fat loss. Why do otherwise very smart people keep falling for these gimmicky fads that always end in failure?24

There are mistakes that people commonly make that cause them to not lose weight that we might be able to spot if you change your Diary Sharing settings to Public: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings3

I did the calculations; the OP means they are eating 35g of carbs, 65g of protein, and 90g of fat which is 1210 calories. If you have truly seen zero losses on the scale in the past month, odds are you're eating more than 1210 calories. The three posters above me just about covered it with the advice.15

It is not the diets because they all have massive fail rates it is the people. People keep putting immediate scale results before sustainability.8 -
65g protein: 90 g fat ratio is not the ketogenic diet. 1:4, or maybe 1:3, is. A 1:2 to 1:1 ratio is the Modified Atkins Diet (MAD) version of the ketogenic diet. A bastardized version created by those who need a diet more ketogenic than the SAD to control their seizures, but sustainable long term. The 1:4 ketogenic diet is meant to raise the threshold and get refractory seizures back under control long enough for diet and medication to take effect/maintain and that is it.
Of course, nobody engaged in the selling of the current celebrity/social media's version of the "keto diet" wants to acknowledge any of thi$.

@Martzie119 it was day 45 before I lost the first pound of weight after going Keto October 2014.hoping for pain management which did start on day 15 of my Keto WOE and it is working well nearly. 5 years later. One side effect in my case I went on to lose weight and have maintained an unplanned 50 pound weight loss for 4 years now.at the age of 68. Keto is the most simple and long term sustainable Way Of Eating I have ever found. Best of success in finding the WOE that gives you the best results for better health.10 -
Wow, thanks for the encouragement! I am determined to find my way. I am 66, weigh 174 and want to get to 155...lean and muscular and pain free also. I know it will take time. Appreciate your support.2
