Help finding a calorie counting video

I’m looking for a video I saw here long ago that had a guy showing the “same” meals. He was highlighting the importance of weighing your foods because the portions all looked the same but the calorie count at the end was wildly different. I think there were sandwiches, apples, granola etc in it.
