Success of the week: Difficult week, close family member is in her final days at a hospice facility, so I spent three days there and the nights in a hotel. First time in a very long time that I struggled with the urge to do some emotional eating. Even though I was exhausted on all levels, I took the time and energy required to eat healthy food, stopping at the grocery store and getting food to eat at the hotel instead of driving through somewhere and getting fast food
struggle(s) of the week: negative self talk while dealing with a very emotional and exhausting time. I had been doing a good job with this, I guess it’s still not fully resolved

Success of the week: I never went out of my maintenance range. My weight has been coming back down. Today I hit my goal weight again, but I think I'm dehydrated.

Struggles: more hunger. Scale keeps creeping up...
Thinking about: My PT thinks I’m better at the 156-157 range, but even though I feel - and am - much stronger, I feel “porky”round the middle...
Moving avg is up 0.4 in Aug.
Moving average is up 3.1 lbs in 244 days for 2019. Or 31.5 calories too much in 2019 or 7,696 calories. 122 days left in 2019. So I should cut by 63 calories per day to get back to 155 by 1/1/2020.
Current plan: Keep at it until solidly under 155. Then revisit Maintenance Range goal.
