Putting on weight

I have religiously been eating less than my daily recommended food allowance but overnight put on 2kg, ( which would amount to over 7000 + extra calories) How?

Sodium? You weighed yourself before going to the bathroom? That TOM? Mercury was in retrograde? You didn't weigh your food and severely underestimated?3

I don’t do kilograms but unless my grasp of the relationship between kg and pounds is off, 2kg would be more like 14,000 calories over your expected intake! Simply not possible without being totally aware you’d done that!
As said, water weight, temporary slowdown of your digestion. It’ll level out!
How long have you been logging your intake? Added new exercise? Sudden change in the weather?0 -

Fluid. Stool. A heavy meal.
There's plenty of reasons for daily fluctuations, and it's really not worth stressing over. Don't look at individual days, look at the general trend.1 -
