NOTE: I was on a dive boat August 7. I left August 2 at 143.0 and came back at 142.4. That ten-day average is kind of not realistic, but who cares? It was a great trip. I am a bit surprised I didn't gain weight. Now let's keep that up!
Total loss for August: Three pounds by the scale, and I'm not reporting on my average because the data aren't real. The last ten measurements go back over two weeks, and the last ten days is only three measurements. I could say 1.2 pounds or I could say 2.9 depending which, but the good part is I didn't gain five pounds or more on the boat. Oh my they fed us so well.....

Uhg, I've been exactly 143.4 lbs the last five days in a row! It's frustrating, but my diet has been all over the place so I should be thankful the weight is staying steady and not going up. Goal for this week is to get my eating back on track, and hopefully see the weight start trending down again!

My scale IS working - I weigh the same in every location in my apartment π. Plus after downing 8oz of water, I weigh 127.5. Weighing on an old Tanita I bought back in 2003 - only measures to the half pound, but continues to be very accurate.6 -

Boy was that detox a doozy! Won't be doing that until the beginning of next year, maybe. Any who....
I did see a new number and I'm so happy! Unfortunately, now that I feel like I'm finally back in my element (keto) my body is slowing down to a halt! Pre-TOM. dun, dun, dun! Every woman is different but just before I start my body doesn't budge any weight-loss. Not one bit. After a 2hr hike today, usually I tend to lose a few ounces--but no--a complete standstill instead! *Sigh* Well, once Pre-TOM/TOM passes, then I should resume with the weight-loss results...Hopefully! Until then, I'll enjoy the victory I accomplished so far...God is good!

Thoughts: I didn't get a chance to check in yesterday. Logged today's weight because I'm finally seeing a new low! No insight other than confirmation that the game plan works when I work it. "Stuck" is easier on the head than wild, inexplicable fluctuations.
Now if I stay true to pattern, I'll see a bump up after the new low, then it will drop again. Might actually hit goal this month.

So I thought I did good over the weekend. Worked out Saturday morning. Got over 10k steps both days and only went over my calories on Sunday but I still had this massive weight gain. A little disheartening. Still managed to hit the gym yesterday and will go again today but I really need to start seeing some movement on the scale.

Already lost 61lbs since May 1 and I'm hoping that by November, I can reach my 175 lbs goal. People already noticed the change of my face shape and they said that my Jawline Game is getting stronger. Love handles are still noticeable but already downsize my pants from 46 inches to 38 inches size.7 -
