Hello, i'm new to calorie counting, have done WW & SW but don't want to go back there! I've started a gym programme but just can't seem to get my eating habits under control! I'm my own worst enemy! How do you all get started, do you literally count everything, even salad items & veges? Any help/advice greatly appreciated, think this is my last resort! Thank you.
