Hi, I'm new to this app and wondered if you can barcode scan food through this app? If so, how do you do it as I can't see it on the app

Yes, you can scan a bar code so it’ll search the database for you.

If you’re in your food diary and go to enter a food the bar scanner icon appears to the right of the search box.

Yes, you can. But you still need to check the data you get as pretty much everything in the database is user-entered. Calories might be way off despite green checkmarks. Or you might get rice crackers from scanning chocolate.
