Bodyweight fitness - 8 wk glutes progress

I started doing the Body By You bodyweight strength training program 8 weeks ago and I am so glad I took a picture when I started. I didn't think I was improving at all but comparing the before/after pics, I think I can see a bit of a lift! a03r3hcx3n8e.jpg

    yes.. uplifted shape for sure. May I ask, are your pants tighter? Or did you gain some lift and tighten other places to compensate ..therefore staying the same size in pants?

    Same bottoms in both pics. It's a stretchy spandex-type material.
