Looking for Motivation And Friends

:) Looking for motivation to keep going I’ve falling off the wagon quite deep. I’ve re gained about 30 pounds . But I originally lost about 95 lbs without surgery. Which is amazing and I keep forgetting to log everyday and main focus is to stay away from fast food and pop or soda and drink water constantly and get back to exercising. Thanks in advance

    You can add me. I lost 80 in 2013-2014, maintained for three years and have regained half that in the past two. I know what works for me, it’s just a matter of doing it. I’m not a “go girl!” type friend, but I do check on my friends when they’re missing and keep up with the timeline.

    I've lost 15 lbs in two months just by eating healthier. The best way to be positive is to practice meditation and be kind and loving towards others. :)

    You can add me, I lost five stone and put two back on so I'm back to it again to lose what I gained plus another two stone on top of that
