Hello,
Has anyone noticed the amount of protein they need drop drastically? I needed over 100 grams yesterday, but now today says I only need 84.
Any ideas?

I think it’s based up or down on your activity level - enter in an exercise and see if it raises it0

yeah, if you exercise, your numbers will go up. unless you have premium and tell it to not adjust your goals due to exercise.0

Meat is a great source of protein. Eat as many grams per day that matches your weight
For example, if you weigh 120 pounds and you should eat 120 g of meat.
I hope you found this helpful.0
