Hello all! I have let myself go a bit over the last 18 years while raising a family of 5. Yup, got the “dad” bod! But I have good genetics and an athletic history! I am ready to peel away the years of neglect and get back to fitness, energy and feeling great!
Looking forward to conversation here! Anyone trying to recover from Lyme Disease and trying to transition into an exercise routine? This is my biggest challenge right now.

@steveyaworski I suffer from Chronic Lyme Disease. I've been treating with Disulfuram now for a month and it appears to be working well. As for exercise, I try to walk 30 mins a day for now. I lost 115 lbs a few years ago and gained half back after a car accident in which I was rear ended. The lyme bacteria ate through my Achilles tendons on both feet so I do not know if I'll ever run again but I'm trying. Baby steps. You got this.
