Clothes in your new size. They don’t have to be expensive, just styles/colours you feel good in that you maybe wouldn’t have felt comfortable in before you lost the weight.
Can’t think of anything better than that!
Well done btw!14 -

When I finally confessed I was trying to lose weight, I told my friend when I reached goal, I wanted to go to Anthropologie. I’ve passed the goal I kept moving out several times, and we finally went Sunday. I got a beyooootiful dress. Now I just need somewhere to wear it that doesn’t involve tons of food, lol.
I also finally broke down and bought a new wardrobe, underwear, bras, even shoes, It felt marvelous to treat myself to clothes that fit well and I’m looking forward to wearing, and not just settle like *shrug* “oh well at least they fit”.
And as others here have said, I feel very fortunate someone cared enough to go with me and push me out of my comfort zone, and be honest enough to tell me my current bras sucked, and ask me if I’d ever heard of invisible panty lines. I had, but years of trying to avoid looking at my own *kitten* made me blind to them.9 -
I lost 65lbs and my husband lost 55lbs. We booked a trip to Jamaica! Redo for our honeymoon! Way worth it! And we retook pictures in the same places and could just see the difference. We could even feel the difference! It took us 8 months but after all that hard work we took a week to drink and eat whatever we wanted in our favorite place! Jamaica! Life’s short; treat yourself!9

Originally, it was Airpods. But I found I really needed them at the gym, so I've already bought them. Now I plan to buy the sexiest pair of white skinny jeans I can find. And I'm wearing them to work on my 50th birthday (even though jeans are only allowed on Fridays). And I'm going to wear my shirt tucked in!18

I 'treated' myself to some of the foods I'd been missing, got back into bad habits and promptly put back on 8lbs! Don't be me now trying to lose it again!10

Everytime I reach goal my reward is to put on weight again (on purpose) bulking or pregnancy. Yay!5

Last time (7 years ago) I got a new iPad. This time I am rewarded enough by how I look and feel and my delight in wearing smalls and extra smalls. To stay motivated I’m now going to see how I can resculpt my body through lifting. I am still a beginner, so I’m excited to see what might happen in a year. So I’ll probably buy some new workout clothes, including pants in a color other than black.6

I got a bunch of my girlfriends together and we all got pedicures. Then we went shopping for sandals. It was a delightful day! And don't forget a margarita afterwards. My sister and I went shopping, and a new bra (wow, was I off on the proper size) and jeans in a size smaller than I thought I was after reaching goal. My sis said I still saw myself as larger, and having her give me feedback on good fit was really helpful.8

a whole bunch of nicer makeup (just Sephora stuff instead of drugstore) and a counter top organizer to keep it in. That was all for going under 200 lb (for the first time since age 16) - but then I didn't really do anything special for hitting my target weight...mostly just buying new clothes/underwear whenever, to ensure I am in clothes that fit. I travel a lot more now for business and for pleasure and I seem to find small rewards on trips for "maintaining".5

I promised myself one of my much loved takeaway foods, a 'Donner Kebab'. When I hit my target it happened to be a Friday which used to be my takeaway day before my lifestyle change, so I spent all day in anticipation of my long deprived treat. I got home, ordered my treat and patiently waited. Eventually it came and I devoured it with gusto, however I was left thinking that it wasn't as amazing as I remembered. To this day I have not ordered another takeaway and actually prefer eating the healthier options that I have become accustomed to of late.14

Oh great thread subject. 9 more pounds till my goal of 190 from starting at 272. I see these peanut butter Oreos every single week when we go grocery shopping and I have been saying for months and months now when I get to my goal weight I'm buying a box of those and eating about 10 of them.5

Trip to Vegas with lots of new sexy dresses.4

I hear you @Baz8755 . I was on a road trip with the OH, and we stopped at a motorway services for lunch. We went and bought a burger from a well know chain - we haven't had one in years. And you know what? It was rubbish. We won't be craving one of those again.

Hadn't really thought about it, tbh.
Realistically, comprehensive blood work/serum chemistry panels even if I have to pay out of pocket for it.2 -
Considering my goal is to lose at least 1/4 or my body weight, I'm just saving up for the 2 replacement wardrobes I'll need - the one at the halfway point and the one at the goal.
If I want to do something ridiculous, I may go attempt some eating competition type thing like the 5 pound burrito or the 3 foot pizza.2 -
My plan (in the making): If I loose 25 pounds before january 1st, I will book a two weeks Disney World trip in 2020! I will add a special extra paid experience for each subsequent 10 pounds until the trip (like a signature restaurant, a behind the scene tour, special seating for fireworks, etc.). If I loose a hundred pound, I will switch my tickets to an annual pass and go multiple times in the following year!
We had to deal with my husband cancer in the last few years and I want to get healthier AND treat ouselves, and we are big Disney World fan !12 -
My reward will be wearing my wedding rings again. I love diamonds but now my rings don’t fit, so getting them on and fitting properly will be a huge reward.
I just want to caution on using food as a reward. I think that me be ok for some people but most of us have bad relationships with food and have had to fight to break bad habits. Personally I feel that clothes, jewelry, spa time, or pretty much anything other than food would be great.9
