Hey all, had a wake-up call this week. Angina is the diagnosis. Been fooling myself for years that since my bloodwork numbers were good that I was "healthy" fat. NOT! So, time to get real and face the fact that at 60 years of age I may have less chance for survival even if I lose weight, but I will have NO chance if I don't make any changes.
I'm more of a lurker than a joiner, but I'm joining the 100 day weigh-in thread. It suits my compulsion to track everything!
Now if I can just figure out where to put my "ticker"!
