I'm trying to make a new workout routine with new excersises. What are the best excersises for each muscle group. I will be working out 4 times a week.

If you are new to working out, lifting, don’t try to build your own programme.
Either hire a trainer or go with one of the programmes listed below.
Start at your fitness level now and switch programmes once you have exhausted your progress.
