I am:
Female
32 years old
210 pound ( obese 2 )
Sedentary lifestyle.
My bmr is 1700
My tdee is 2000
So if i deduct the recomended 500 from my tdee thats 1500. So about 1 pounds a week. If i subtract 1000 thats under 1000 calories for the day for a 2 pound a week weight loss.
I don't understand why when staying at about 1200 a day im losing maybe 1 pound a week when im so overweight and have a lot to lose.
If i exercise, burn and not eat back 500 calories a day will that bump me to 2 pound loss a week?
Any insight is welcomed.

How long have you been logging and losing at this pace? Weight loss isn't linear, sometimes it takes a couple of months for your trend line to fall into place.
Are you using a food scale and double checking that the entries you are choosing in the database have the correct calories? There are common logging errors many of us made when first starting out, and they can easily lead to eating several hundred more calories than you think you are.
Have you seen the Most Helpful Posts threads pinned to the top of each sub-forum? They can be really great for tips and trouble shooting. Especially these:

Hang in there :drinker:
Edited to add: you should not be netting under 1200 cals. If you need to do that to lose 2 lbs per week, then 2 lbs per week is too aggressive a pace for you.4 -
