There has to be a conspiracy around hummus. I'm not sure what it is, but I'm certain it's there.

I have discovered that if I stare at my 25 pound Kettlebell long enough, I can move it with my mind.

This allows me to get toned definition in my arms without the downsides of actually having to grunt like a wild boar and get all sweaty and stuff.

For every 5 minutes of telekinesis kettlebell, I lose up to 2 inches off my waist and 4.7892 pounds of fat.

    I typically celebrate with a few 0 calorie meat lover's pizzas. 🍕🍕🍕

Picking up my toddler counts as weight lifting and gives me muscles.

Raisins are hateful little sacks of sadness that ruin any meal.

Smoothies are magic and will save the world.
