I have discovered that if I stare at my 25 pound Kettlebell long enough, I can move it with my mind.
This allows me to get toned definition in my arms without the downsides of actually having to grunt like a wild boar and get all sweaty and stuff.
For every 5 minutes of telekinesis kettlebell, I lose up to 2 inches off my waist and 4.7892 pounds of fat.
I typically celebrate with a few 0 calorie meat lover's pizzas. 🍕🍕🍕

Free food isn't just food acquired at no cost (office leftovers, stolen off someone else's plate, etc), it's free from calories too. Win-win.3

Eat clean, healthy foods. If you want treats, just have some organic cookies. That's still clean.
Be better than them; get your vegan doughnuts from the Whole Foods bakery and walk out feeling superior that you're incorporating spelt flour into your diet.
When you're ready I'll tell you all about Superfoods. 😗
