    Is a hot dog even a sandwich? That feels morally wrong. Hot dogs are a standalone for me, and they are #1, always.

    But anyway, this whole thing has me wanting a BLT.

    1. My father's egg, peppers, onions, mushroom, zuchini, provolone and Italian sausage on a spucky roll...like a frittata on a crusty Italian roll😋...(I miss those💙) sounds weird but OMG!👍
    3. Lobster roll from Kelly's Roast Beef....pronounced lobstAH
    4. Steak Cheese pepper mushroom and onion from Dominicos
    5. Grilled chicken kabob and Greek salad pita
    6. Ruben
    7. Grilled Cheese and tomato OR pb&j (blueberry preserves is better😍) tie at 6.

    💙🤗 once in awhile he'd make me lunch for school and I remember being so happy because it smelled so good....until some snot nosed kids would tease me so he's have them ready for after school after that....I wish I had thicker skin but instead I had an awesome dad.....sounds like you did/do too🙌🤗💙

    I went to a deli in Boston and ordered an Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato Sandwich with... Avocado on Sourdough Bread.

    I was told: " We don't carry either Sourdough Bread or Avocado."

    "Really?"

    As a left coast guy, this is unforgivable and a cardinal sin for any 'so-called' Deli.

    Shame. Shame.

    I just can't. I have a Pinterest board just for sandwiches, and it has 500-something pins. I even considered writing an ebook about freezer-fooding/meal-prepping sandwiches or pre-prepped sandwich components, cuz I got frustrated whenever I just had to have a Reuben but then I had a whole loaf of rye I didn't really wanna eat all at once, and which I rarely use for anything but Reubens.

    tl;dr -I like sandwiches a lot.
