Clean bulking.....is it possible...

So after a major change in my life recently I’ve decided I need to focus properly now, I’ve managed to lose weight, gain a little muscle and definition, but I really want more strength the difficulty is bulking cleanly. I have signed up with a PT and have a 21 day plan as a start but will need support to keep my focus as bulking is alien to me as I’ve programmed myself not to put weight on. Just wanting to build on my fantastic support on here

How are you defining "clean bulk"?0

Bulked and cut more times than I can remember.
Assuming by clean bulk you mean with minimal fat gain ?
Anyway feel free to add0 -
Yeah, I spent a long time losing fat and through a lot of effort, I want to build with as little fat gain as possible0
