    MY NAME IS DONNA. I AM 59 YEARS YOUNG & FROM THE MIDWEST USA. I AM APPROX 5’ 5” TALL.

    Challenge Starting Weight: 202.0
    Challenge Level: ✴✴✴✴
    Challenge Goal weight: 184.0

    August 01: 202.0 Where am I going to go with this? To the Moon, Alice! (The Honeymooners, Sorry, I’m showing my age!) I feel good about this round.
    August 08: 195.8 I have worked hard this past week & am keeping the slip-ups more in control. However, I’ll never be perfect so I am just happy to continue the losses, no matter how big or small! This week was a good week.
    August 15: 195.4. I’m grinning ear to ear to see continued downward trend. Hard work is paying off!
    August 22: 196.2 Went up higher yet, but I’ve dropped it back down a bit. On my way to better, bolder, brighter, beautiful!
    August 29: 195.4 Better.
    August 31: 192.6 Even Better

    Total Loss for August……………… -9.4 lbs.

    September 01: 192.6 Trying to stay strong over the 4 day Holiday weekend!
    September 05: 194.6 Bit by the holiday on the *kitten*!
    September 12: 195.4 I can do better!
    September 19: 195.0 Travel hurt me this past week. But down a touch and every little bit helps!

    I think there is a time limit to edit. I think you have an hour(?) to make an edit to your post. It was probably longer than that since you original post. :blush:

    I quote my previous post, then remove the quote markers at the top and bottom. Fill in the new weight or comments, then hit post reply as usual.
