What are you eating now? Hard to know what to suggest to change things up without knowing your current snack choices.2

I'm also interested in new ones..
I have just made my first batch of protien bars. There's a heap of different recipes on pinterest so alot of flavors and types. Some are very quick and easy to make. As well as being cheaper than buying pre made ones.
I also an snacking on dried fruits, almonds, fresh fruit, wholegrain crackers with pesto.
Also the rice wafers with some cottage cheese are yum.
Hope this helps a little. Good luck. Snacks are the salvation to hunger and urges to buy takeaways meals.1 -

My approach is to set a calorie goal for snacks. I don't eat anything after dinner, ever, so it leaves room for an afternoon snack or three.
Recently my goal is 200 calories. Usually that is 180 calories of stove top hand-popped corn. Maybe later some raspberries. Or, peach, berries and honey and some pretzel sticks. I usually make it under 200 but if I don't I adjust dinner.0
